- 12 pancakes (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 ounces whipped topping, defrosted
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
- Cook pancakes on a preheated griddle until golden brown on both sides.
- Fold each pancake in half to form taco shapes.
- Fill each taco with cream cheese filling and top with mixed berries, chopped strawberries, chocolate syrup, and melted peanut butter.
