Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Slice the peaches into thin wedges and hull and slice the strawberries. Place all berries in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruits in the large bowl and gently toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
