- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup shelled and chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F and grease an 8×8 baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, pistachio pudding mix, and sugar until combined.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until you form a soft dough.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle with chopped pistachios, pressing them lightly into the surface.
- Score the dough into squares using a knife (do not cut all the way through).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting along scored lines and then cool completely before serving.
