  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the jam layer, swirling gently.
