- 1 and 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup white baking chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the jam layer, swirling gently.
- Top with shredded coconut and chopped pecans; press down lightly.
- Scatter chocolate chips and white baking chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
