Ingredients
- 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 small ripe bananas (mashed [about 1 1/2 cup])
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups chopped chocolate candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare two loaf pans by greasing them.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Add the sugars and mix well. Gradually incorporate the eggs.
- Alternately mix in self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until combined.
- Fold in mashed bananas and chopped chocolate.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 35-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in pans for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
