  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 small ripe bananas (mashed [about 1 1/2 cup])
  • 1 1/22 cups chopped chocolate candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare two loaf pans by greasing them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  3. Add the sugars and mix well. Gradually incorporate the eggs.
  4. Alternately mix in self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until combined.
