- 3 eggs
- 1 cup clover honey
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp white distilled vinegar
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and vinegar until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and baking soda. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients while stirring until smooth.
- Pour equal portions of batter onto prepared baking sheets and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow layers to cool completely.
- For frosting, combine Cool Whip and sour cream in a bowl until fluffy.
- Once cooled, layer frosting between each cake layer, covering the entire cake with remaining frosting and topping with cake crumbs for decoration.
