  • 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook steak until browned; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté minced garlic, then add cream. Stir in Parmesan and Gorgonzola until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce, combine well with the steak strips on top.
