Ingredients
- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season the steak strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook steak until browned; set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté minced garlic, then add cream. Stir in Parmesan and Gorgonzola until smooth.
- Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce, combine well with the steak strips on top.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
