- 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 medium cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange sliced Turkey sausage, cubed sweet potatoes, and broccoli on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the ingredients on the baking sheet and toss to coat.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through until sweet potatoes are tender and Turkey sausage is cooked through.
