- 12 cups dried bread cubes

- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary (fine chopped)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2–3 cups chicken stock
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare bread cubes by drying them out overnight.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook chicken sausage, onion, celery, and garlic until browned.
- Season with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- In a slow cooker, combine bread cubes with the sausage mixture.
- Whisk together chicken stock and beaten eggs; pour over the stuffing mix.
- Mix gently and add more stock if needed for moisture.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
