- 1 lb ground beef

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until hot.
- Press a small handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the beef side down for about 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortilla over, sprinkle cheese on top of the beef, and fold it in half.
- Grill both sides until crispy and melty, using a spatula to carefully flip as needed.
- Slice into wedges and serve with your favorite toppings or dipping sauce.
