- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (divided)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
- 14 oz caramel cubes
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the first layer by melting milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and 1/4 cup peanut butter together until smooth. Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and chill.
- For the second layer, melt butter in a saucepan, add sugar and evaporated milk, boiling while stirring for about five minutes. Stir in vegan marshmallow crème, remaining peanut butter, vanilla extract, and chopped peanuts until smooth. Pour over the first layer and chill again.
- Melt caramel cubes with heavy cream until smooth and pour over the second layer; chill once more.
- Repeat the first layer with the remaining chocolate mixture on top of the chilled caramel layer and chill again until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve.
