Ingredients

  • 9 slider buns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder for topping
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; mix well.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on the baking sheet and evenly distribute the chicken mixture over them. Top with cheese and close with the top halves of the buns.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning; brush over the tops of the buns.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Cut into individual sliders and serve hot.
