- 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan; mix until smooth.
- Stir in finely chopped spinach and seasonings until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
