Instructions

- In a stand mixer, combine cold butter cubes and sugar, beating on high for about 2 minutes.
- Add in the thawed strawberries and their juices; mix until well combined.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and sea salt until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared pan, spacing them evenly.
- Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft; cool on a wire rack.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk until creamy; drizzle over cooled cookies.
