  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries or strawberry puree
  • For the White Glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chopped strawberries or strawberry puree gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before inverting onto a wire rack.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, heavy cream or milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  9. Drizzle over cooled cake before serving.
