Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup dairy-free yogurt (or cashew cream)
- 3 tbsp icing sugar (or powdered Erythritol)
- 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2 cup strawberry compote (or 1/4 cup jam)
- 1 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry compote first if making homemade; let it cool.
- Rinse, hull, and slice the strawberries.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the dairy-free yogurt with icing sugar until smooth.
- Layer each glass or jar with a few tablespoons of granola, followed by sliced strawberries and a layer of yogurt mixture. Top with strawberry compote.
- Repeat the layering process and finish with halved strawberries on top.
- Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes for an extra refreshing treat.
