Ingredients
- 8 cups mini white vegan marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup plant-based butter (softened)
- 8 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 1/2 cups Strawberry Shortcake Crumbs
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare strawberry shortcake crumbs and let them cool.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and vegan marshmallows together while stirring frequently until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies cereal and one cup of strawberry shortcake crumbs until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining strawberry shortcake crumbs on top and press lightly.
- Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes, then slice into squares.
