Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease two muffin pans.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and extracts, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture to form the dough.
- Press dough into muffin cups, shaping it halfway up the sides.
- Bake for about 12 minutes; cool completely before frosting.
- Beat together cream cheese and butter; gradually add powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Frost cooled cookie cups and add sprinkles if desired.
