Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 small hot chili pepper (jalapeño or Fresno)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Blend the chopped mango, lime juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.
- While blending on low speed, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well emulsified.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the finely chopped chili pepper.
- Season with salt to taste; adjust spice level if required.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use, shaking or stirring before serving.
