- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup Mango
- 1 cup Mozzarella
- 4 pieces Naan Bread
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, hot paprika, cumin, garam masala, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place on a baking sheet or grill; cook for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
- On naan bread, spread mozzarella cheese and top with sliced grilled chicken, diced mango, red onion rings, mint, and cilantro.
- Bake assembled pizzas in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
