  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 4 pieces Naan Bread
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, hot paprika, cumin, garam masala, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
