Ingredients
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup full-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup grated fontina cheese
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water in a large pot, add gnocchi, and cook until they float. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds, then whisk in flour until golden.
- Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth. Mix in dijon mustard, gruyère, fontina, salt, and white pepper until melted.
- Stir cooked gnocchi into the cheese sauce until well coated.
- Spray a nonstick baking dish with nonstick spray, pour in the gnocchi mixture, top with parmesan cheese, and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
