  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush with half of the glaze mixture.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes; then remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily at 145°F.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley.
