- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- Fresh basil leaves
- Rice paper wrappers
Instructions
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add soy sauce and stir until well combined.
- Mix in shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers; cook until just tender.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable, about 10-15 seconds.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture on one end of the wrapper and top with basil leaves. Roll tightly while tucking in the sides.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
