Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add honey, unsalted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract; whisk until combined.
- In another bowl, sift together all-purpose flour.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to slice and enjoy.
