- 1 cup mascarpone cheese

- 1 cup ladyfinger crumbs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Dissolve instant espresso powder in hot water and add it to the mixture; stir well.
- Fold in ladyfinger crumbs until evenly combined.
- Chill the mixture for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Roll chilled mixture into small balls and coat each one in cocoa powder.
- Place truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 10 minutes before serving.
