Ingredients
- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the tortellini in salted water according to package instructions (3–5 minutes). Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a large skillet, cook chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy (5–7 minutes). Set aside on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until melted. Gradually add heavy cream, stirring until smooth, then mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold in the cooked tortellini and reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency. Stir in turkey bacon.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
