- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, coat with cooking spray or butter.
- Whisk together the eggs with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour into the skillet and stir continuously until set but slightly moist (about 5 minutes).
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the scrambled eggs among them, adding cheese and turkey bacon to each.
- Fold in three sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to secure the filling.
- Wrap each burrito in plastic wrap; refrigerate if consuming within three days or freeze for longer storage.
- To reheat: Microwave refrigerated burritos for 30 seconds per side or frozen burritos for 1 minute per side.
