- 1 lb chicken sausage (or turkey/beef)
- 6 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Turkey sausage until browned and crumbly (about 7-10 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Add softened cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked Turkey sausage and frozen hashbrowns until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are golden brown and the center is set. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
