- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice

- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs with oil until blended. Stir in pumpkin puree and sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and baking soda.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it; pour the batter evenly into the pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for 15–30 minutes before slicing.
