Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the agave syrup, lime juice, lime zest, and chopped mint until well combined.
- Cube the watermelon if not already done. Slice the strawberries and halve the cherries.
- Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
