Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three 9-inch round baking pans by greasing and lining them with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and melted white chocolate.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture until just mixed; be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
- Divide batter among prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
