Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and smoked paprika; cook until fragrant.
- Drizzle honey BBQ sauce over the chicken mixture and squeeze in lemon juice. Stir well.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and add to skillet with the chicken mixture. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh spinach if desired.
