Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to between 140-170 degrees F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Blend strawberries, honey, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 4 to 6 hours until no longer tacky in the center.
- Let cool completely before cutting into strips.
