- 3–5 large basil leaves
- 1 tbsp light muscovado sugar (or granulated white sugar)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
- Black ground pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp poppyseed
- 3 ½ tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except poppyseeds in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in poppyseeds and let the dressing chill in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to enhance flavors.
- Serve over salads, grilled chicken, or as a dip for fresh veggies.
