- 1/2 cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup sour cream

- 1 cup (about 2) very ripe bananas, mashed

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda

- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1½ tbsp. milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and egg; mix until creamy.
- Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; then combine with the wet mixture until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cooling slightly before removing from the pan using parchment paper.
