  • 34 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 23 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together granulated sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and eggs until creamy. Mix in mashed bananas and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix gently until just combined and fold in chopped walnuts.
