- 2 ¼ cups mashed bananas
- ¾ cup cooking oil or melted butter
- 3 large eggs, beaten

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, oil (or melted butter), and beaten eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; fold in chopped nuts if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
