- 1–2 chillies
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 8 large prawns (shells on, deveined)
Instructions
- Prepare your BBQ by lighting firelighters and adding charcoal until white hot.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté grated garlic and sliced chillies for about 2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and zest to the pan; cook until garlic is soft but not burnt.
- Marinate prawns in half of the mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Grill prawns for about 45 seconds to 1 minute per side until pink and charred.
- Serve immediately with remaining sauce, fresh lemon wedges, and crusty bread.
