- 1/2 cup mixed berry preserves
- 1 egg (beaten for wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth any creases.
- Spread mixed berry preserves evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Mix melted butter with vanilla extract and brush it over the preserves.
- Cut the pastry into 8 equal strips using a sharp knife. Twist each strip several times to form spiral shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each twist with beaten egg wash and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
