- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 inch fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, tamari, lime juice, maple syrup, and sriracha.
- Use a microplane to finely mince the ginger and garlic; add to the bowl.
- Whisk until smooth. If too thick, gradually add water until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
