- 1/3 cup pomegranate arils
- Creamy pomegranate dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine spring mix and butter lettuce. Toss until well mixed.
- Layer the prepared greens with candied pecans, red onion slices, watermelon radish, avocado slices, blueberries, and pomegranate arils.
- Drizzle with creamy pomegranate dressing just before serving. Adjust the amount based on your taste preference.
- For extra flavor, top with freshly ground black pepper before serving.
