Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries to the cream cheese mixture.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until a dough forms.
- Roll into small balls using a tablespoon.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
