- 4 ripe bananas

- 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in the espresso powder.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Combine the melted butter and espresso mixture with the mashed bananas; mix well.
- Add both sugars and the beaten egg to the banana mixture; stir until combined.
- Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in grated semi-sweet chocolate.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
