Ingredients
- 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped)
- 2 tbsp onion (finely diced)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan until smooth. Stir in artichokes, spinach, onion, garlic, herbs, and salt.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of filling on the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the point.
- Cut small slits at one end to create bunny ears and pinch gently to shape.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
