Ingredients

  • 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan until smooth. Stir in artichokes, spinach, onion, garlic, herbs, and salt.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of filling on the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the point.
  4. Cut small slits at one end to create bunny ears and pinch gently to shape.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
