Instructions
- Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Finely slice the red onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped celery and red onion. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the salad gently until all ingredients are well coated. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
