Ingredients
- 1 (20oz) container of cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (24oz) jar of pasta sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
- 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook tortellini as per package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; season to taste.
- Remove excess grease, then stir in pasta sauce and cream cheese; simmer until well combined.
- Toss cooked tortellini into the sauce until evenly coated, then transfer to the baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes; switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling slightly before serving.
