Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons plant-based gelling agent (like agar-agar)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can coconut milk (14oz/400mL)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and boiling water until fully dissolved. Stir in the plant-based gelling agent and let it sit for two minutes.
- Add the milk and coconut milk to the mixture, whisking until smooth. Optionally, blend in almond extract for extra flavor.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ramekins.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or until set. To serve, submerge molds in hot water for easy unmolding.
