- 1¾ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 ounces chocolate melting wafers

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the sheet for five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Once cooled, dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate and sprinkle with decorative toppings.
