  • 1¼ cups light brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1¾ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 ounces chocolate melting wafers
  • Assorted sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
  7. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on the sheet for five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  10. Once cooled, dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate and sprinkle with decorative toppings.
