  • 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 5.85 ounce box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Hot fudge topping and whipped topping for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, peanut butter, room temperature butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped heavy cream and spread over the cooled crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened. Pour over the peanut butter filling.
  4. Drizzle hot fudge topping over the chocolate layer and spread whipped topping on top. Drizzle with additional peanut butter if desired.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing into squares.
