  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until blended.
  3. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture; add flour and stir gently until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and granulated sugar for the swirl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mix on top.
  6. Add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the batter gently.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth; drizzle over cooled bread.
